Carmen English was born to an Italian father and a Swiss mother in the quintessential international city of Geneva, Switzerland. She is a dual national attorney with American and Swiss citizenship who has a passion for immigration law and advocating for the needs of others.
Carmen attended the University of California, San Diego where she earned her Bachelor's Degree in Sociology in 2002. She went on to attend Thomas Jefferson School of Law to earn her Juris Doctorate in 2006. Carmen has been licensed to practice law in Nevada and California since 2007. She is a member of the State Bar of Nevada, State Bar of California, Washoe County Bar Association and the Northern Nevada Women Lawyers for whom she served as Treasurer in 2010.
Prior to opening English Law Practice, Carmen worked in business litigation and estate planning. She draws on her multifaceted background in litigation and transactional law to assist her clients in navigating the complex United States Immigration system.
